You can cancel your appointment in one of the following ways:

  • If you have received an appointment reminder via text message (SMS), you can simply reply to CANCEL by using the same message
  • If you are registered for on-line access,  you can cancel your appointment by logging onto your account from your computer, tablet or smartphone
  • If you wish to use our website you can use this On-line form – please use the NHS App to notify us about your appointment cancellation or alternatively you can contact the practice online here.
  • If you wish to use the telephone, please call us on 0203 006 2741
